Cancellation Policy
1.
 Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to The Secretariat of the 7th IMEC.
2.
 There will be 80% refund of registration fees for cancellations made before 1 January 2010.
3.
 There will be 50% refund of registration fees for cancellations made after 1 January 2010.
4.
 There will be no refund of registration fees for cancellations made after 15 January 2010. However, a substitute participant will be welcomed.
   
Note:
 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the programme of the conference/workshops, if for whatever reasons beyond its control, the conference/workshops cannot be held as scheduled or the programmes may need to be changed.
