A message from the Director
The Centre for Complementary and Alternative Medicine(CCAM) oversees the training of Chiropractic and Chinese Medicine practitioners in a rigorous setting that involves countless hours of hands-on practical experience throughout the programmes, including clinical internships at IMU Healthcare Centres during the fourth year of study. The Centre’s faculty are committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning to generate graduate professionals who exhibit the best qualities of a competent and caring healthcare provider. The Centre provides regional leadership in health education in the CCAM professions alongside the other academic healthcare disciplines at IMU. The Centre also oversees research on CCAM therapies, as well as the delivery of service to members of the community.
