If visitor choose to register and use any integrated IMU online registration modules such as Conference registration, Alumni membership registration, or send an e-mail which provides personally identifiable data, this data maybe shared where necessary with other IMU department such as Marketing Department so as to serve you in the most efficient and effective manner.

User authentication and authorization methods are implemented in each database related modules in IMU official website to safeguard any data given to us and a proper security management are maintained to prevent unauthorised access internally or externally.

To protect visitors personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured and stored with appropriate security and back up technologies.

Some personal information is gathered during the use of online registration modules in IMU official website such as Conference registration and Alumni membership registration.
