30 January 2018 – IMU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia (PSM) in Bukit Jalil today. IMU was represented by its Vice-Chancellor, Prof Abdul Aziz Baba while PSM was represented by its CEO, En Azman. With this formal arrangement, IMU staff and students now have more opportunities to put into practice a healthy lifestyle. The partnership with PSM include:
| Conducting joint activities with IMU Cares to benefit the community, including the less privileged using PSM facilities |
| Allowing IMU staff and students use PSM facilities at a discounted rate |
| PSM staff using IMU Healthcare facilities at a discounted rate |
| IMU staff conducting health promotional activities, including talks |
