    General Information

    The International Medical University (IMU) provides accommodation options to students who intend to study at the IMU.

    EOS Stay

    EOS STAY

    IMU Residence managed by EOS Stay and supervised by IMU Student Services Department provides quality off-campus accommodation that focuses on providing a safe, clean and harmonious living experience. These accommodation options are located within walking distance to IMU.

    • Standard hostel concept, completed in 1999
    • Economical option
    • Nearer to University
    • Located within 5-7 minutes walk
    • Shared among 4 students
    • Single-occupancy room type
    • RM10-800 to RM16,410 per year
    		 Covillea

    • Newer with modern concept, completed in 2012
    • Premium option
    • Slightly further from University
    • Located within 10 minutes walk
    • Shared among 3 students
    • Single-occupancy room type
    • RM15-840 to RM23,760 per year

    Both accommodation options are equipped with:

    • Fully furnished single room
    • Unlimited Wi-Fi access
    • Facilities like gym, swimming pool, mini market and security guard
    • Weekly housekeeping
    • Supportive maintenance team and hostel wardens
    • Subsidised utilities bills

    How To Apply for EOS Stay Accommodation

    • Download accommodation application form from HERE.
    • Submit form to [email protected] at least 2 months before commencement of semester.
    • EOS Stay will allocate the preferred room based on availability. In the event the preferred room is unavailable, EOS Stay will propose options and communicate further with student.
    • Proceed with payment by given deadline and EOS Stay will verify.
    • Update check-in date and visa status (applicable only to international students) 4 weeks before course commencement of semester. Earliest check-in is 3 days before commencement.
    • The unit details will be revealed nearer to the confirmed check-in date.

    Other accommodation options include private rentals and homestay accommodation in Bukit Jalil area.
