Conference Fees

Note: The onsite and online fees cover conference sessions on 10, 11 and 12 October only. For short courses, the fee is charged separately. Find out more about the registration and payment for Short Courses HERE.

 

For Undergraduate Student:

This discounted registration fee is available exclusively to the first 30 undergraduate students who complete their payment for onsite participation. Once this quota is filled, the standard fee of RM630 will apply. The Secretariat will notify you if the discounted rate is no longer available.

For Low and Middle-Income Countries Group:

1. The sponsorship is based on the list the countries defined by the World Bank (View List).
2. The sponsorship will be given to the first 20 participants who have paid registration fees in full. Successful applicants will be reimbursed for return economy airfare and accommodation (9 -12 October) up to RM500 each upon submitting the evidence to the ICME-IMEC Secretariat via email (the original copy for return economy airfare, accommodation, and a copy of the passport)
3. The participants must attend the conference onsite.
