Prof. Dr. Fahad Azam is a Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology at Shifa College of Dentistry, Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (STMU). He holds an MBBS, MPhil, and PhD in Pharmacology, along with a master’s in health professions education (MHPE). Additionally, he is an International FAIMER Institute (IFI) Fellow, demonstrating his expertise in medical education leadership, curriculum development, and faculty training.

Dr. Fahad Azam is actively involved in postgraduate education, supervising PhD students in Pharmacology, mentoring future researchers and academicians. He is also a faculty member at the Shifa School of Health Professions Education (SSHPE), for the MHPE and CHPE programs, contributing to Health Professions Education.

A recognized speaker and facilitator, he has conducted conference sessions and preconference workshops at various national and international conferences, sharing his expertise in Medical Education, Pharmacology and research methodologies. His contributions extend to prestigious platforms, including the Annual AMEE Conference, where he has presented and facilitated pre-conference workshops, advancing innovation in Health Professions Education at a global level.

With his multifaceted expertise in Health Profession Education, Pharmacology and research, Prof. Dr. Fahad Azam continues to make significant contributions to academic excellence, faculty development, and global discourse in undergraduate and post graduate medical and dental education.
