Kavitha Nagandla (Malaysia)

Prof Dr Kavitha Nagandla, FRCOG, serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the International Medical University, Malaysia, where she is also a consultant obstetrician and gynecologist. With over 21 years of clinical experience, Dr Nagandla specializes in preventive gynecology, with a notable focus on the integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare research. She has an extensive background in medical education, having spent 16 years in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and pedagogical innovation.

Dr Nagandla has been instrumental in developing the MRCOG postgraduate training curriculum accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a strong advocate for interprofessional learning, actively incorporating it into both undergraduate and postgraduate training programs to enhance collaborative healthcare education.
