Mashaal Sabqat (Pakistan)

Dr Mashaal Sabqat is a medical educationist dedicated to advancing health professions education through innovative teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and research. She completed her MBBS from Fatima Jinnah Medical University and later pursued a master’s in health professions education (MHPE) from Riphah International University.

Currently, Dr. Sabqat serves as an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Islamic International Medical College, Islamabad, where she is involved in curriculum development, faculty training, and student learning support. Alongside this role, she serves as an Assistant Director at the Riphah Institute of Assessment at Riphah International University, contributing to assessment development and quality improvement in medical education.

Dr Sabqat has published research in national and international journals. Her areas of interest are assessment, faculty development, artificial intelligence in medical education, and cultural competence in health professions education.
