Dr Noor ul Ain is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the Islamic International Medical College (IIMC) and Assistant Director at the Ripah Institute of Assessment, Riphah International University. With a strong passion for advancing medical education and supporting student success, Dr. Noor ul Ain has dedicated much of her career to improving assessment methodologies and fostering academic excellence among medical students.
Dr. Noor ul Ain's academic journey has been marked by a deep commitment to enhancing the learning experiences of students, especially in the context of peer mentoring through students' engagement committee member at IIMC. Their work focuses on utilizing innovative educational strategies to create supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environments. With a background in medical education research, Dr. Noor ul Ain’s research interests include asynchronous teaching and learning, student engagement in game-based assessments and online formative assessments.
Outside of teaching and research, Dr. Noor ul Ain is actively involved in professional development initiatives and regularly participates in international conferences, where they share insights and best practices for improving medical education. Through their leadership and commitment to student well-being, Dr. Noor ul Ain continues to inspire and shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
