Dr Olivia Tee is an accomplished medical educator, specializing in pharmacology, prescribing skills and medical e-learning, with over two decades of experience in academia and healthcare education. She currently serves as ELITE @ UM fellow with University Malaya and as the Regional Medical Product Manager/Medical E-Learning Resource Specialist at iGroup (Asia-Pacific) Ltd, where she leads initiatives in digital and adaptive learning in medical education.

Dr Olivia holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) and a Master’s in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen, UK. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from Monash University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Professions Education from the University of Glasgow. Her dedication to advancing medical education has been recognized with membership by the Academy of Medical Educators (UK) and her role as an International Ambassador for British Pharmacological Society Assessment.

Previously, Dr Olivia held senior academic positions at several institutions, including Perdana University-RCSI, International Medical University and Lincoln University College, where she led pharmacology and prescribing curricula. She also served as facilitator for Diploma and Certificate workshops in Family Medicine by the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia in 2016. She is actively involved in conducting international safe prescribing webinars and is involved as AMEE conference abstract reviewer from 2022 to 2025 and a moderator in 2024.

As a seasoned presenter, Dr Olivia has delivered keynote address, oral papers, posters at international conferences, focusing on medical education and recently, AI-enhanced learning in fostering master adaptive learners. Her contributions to medical education innovation make her an invaluable trainer, where she will share her expertise on integrating digital learning tools to enhance competency-based education in healthcare.
