Prof. Dr. Rahila Yasmeen currently working as a Dean ‘Riphah Academy of Research and Education’-(RARE), and Director ‘Office of Research Innovations and Commercialization’- ORIC and Director Medical Education, leading two departments simultaneously. She is serving Riphah International University since January 2005. She is a Professor of medical education approved by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC). Her teaching experience is more than 21 years. She is a renowned national and international visiting faculty in the field of medical education especially in faculty development, curriculum development, student assessment, digital teaching & learning, and program evaluation. She has conducted more than 200 workshops for all levels of faculty in her area of expertise. She is the Director of MHPE, CHPE program at Riphah International University. She is also the pioneer in designing and implementing the Certificate in Outcome Based Education- COBE in collaboration with Engineering faculty FEAS, for engineering, management, rehabilitation, and basic sciences, etc. Her contribution towards promoting the entrepreneurship program is remarkable. She is also performing a major role in faculty development activities, Quality Assurance, Commercialization, Intellectual property rights ORIC projects, initiatives, program evaluation activities, research promotion, curriculum development & renewal of Riphah International University various faculties and national universities. She was involved in the curriculum designing of RAK-COD-Rasulkhaima College of Dentistry-UAE.
