With extensive expertise in lifestyle and public health education, I am honoured to participate in this symposium. I hold an MBBS and advanced degrees in Public Health, Community Health and Nutrition, and Health Professional Education, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning. Additionally, I am certified in Principles of Lifestyle Medicine and am a Diplomate of the Lifestyle Medicine Board Examination. My professional experience includes roles as a Master Trainer and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, with research published nationally and internationally on topics such as maternal health, communicable and non-communicable diseases, lifestyle changes, and medical education. I also supervise undergraduate and postgraduate trainees and have extensive experience in public speaking on various platforms, addressing issues related to epidemic, common, and lifestyle-related diseases. Furthermore, I have participated in numerous national and international conferences focused on medical education and lifestyle medicine, which has enriched my understanding and approach to these fields. Currently, I serve as the Senior Professor and Head of the Department of Community Medicine and Public Health at Bahria University College of Medicine, Islamabad. I look forward to sharing insights and engaging in discussions at this conference.
