Stefan Kutzsche, PhD is a Norwegian paediatrician and anesthetist, currently special advisor for Education at Oslo University Hospital. He was formerly an associate professor and director of the Centre for Education at the International Medical University, Kuala Lumpur. Kutzsche has been involved in education and training of medical students, nurses, international medical graduates, and postgraduate medical trainees in ethics and has been a member of the clinical ethics committee at Oslo University Hospital.
