You may make an appointment with our counsellors/clinical psychologist through the following methods:

• Walk-in the IMU Self Development Unit office to make an appointment
• Call/WhatsApp us at +603 2731 7791
• Send us an email at SDU for Bukit Jalil or SDU CC for Seremban.
• Students at other branches may email to either email address above. Face Face-to-Face counselling may be arranged.
• Open: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (close on public holidays)

  • Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a “Counselling Registration Form” and read through the “Informed Consent Form”, which takes about 5-10 minutes.
  • Each session is approximately 60 minutes, some sessions may be longer (90 min) if expressive art activities are facilitated during the session.
