Chiropractic Assistant at Chiropractic Centre (Work location: SetiaWalk)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Register patient, attend to enquiries and make appointment
  2. Getting clinic ready – ensuring enough consumables etc. and disinfectant
  3. Preparation of patient for procedure
  4. Chaperon patient during procedure

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital relationship with customers and public (including plan and execute 360 online campaign as well as set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools e.g. website, emails, and social media).
  2. Responsible to manage agencies and other internal departments in planning, recommending and executing digital campaign to help drive brand presence
  3. Plan and monitor digital content ads and visuals to ensure brand and communication are according to brand guidelines. Launch optimized online adverts through social media and Google AdWords to increase company and brand awareness.
  4. Assist in gathering various content and information from respective stakeholders and work with relevant internal departments to update website; and work with variety content creators to keep digital & website platform content updated
  5. Assist in planning marketplace campaign and execution including banners preparation, deals submission and live date execution
  6. Assist to drive traffic and conversion via communication channels to clinics
  7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  8. Engage in dialogue and monitor customer/public issues in all online platforms.
  9. Perform market research and competitor analysis.
  10. Assist in traditional marketing project work as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field is preferred
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skills:
    Digital marketing, Web Analytics tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords (Familiarity with other online advertising platforms ie YouTube, WeChat Ads etc is advantageous)

Front Desk Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To understand the daily operation schedule of the clinicians and/or student flow and relay that information into arranging patient appointments.
  2. To call or send email reminders to patients and specialists of upcoming appointments.
  3.  Handle enquires and queries from walk-in patients and patient’s telephone calls.
  4. To register patient in the patient information system when they arrive at clinic
  5. To notify the clinic assistant when patient arrives and waiting to be seen.
  6. To organize and systemically file all the hardcopy of patient records.
  7. To ensure and coordinate cleanliness and tidiness of the counter is well maintained at all time.

Manager, Finance

Job Description:

This is a leading role for reporting, forecast, analysis and facilitate cross-functional workout projects within IMU Healthcare, such expectation involves:

Hospital Project:

  • Set up project financial monitoring and tracking structure for the Hospital project. Monitor project performance, determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators for critical metrics.

Healthcare Finance:

  • Responsible for the financial modeling and feasibility of Healthcare’s accounting system and the patients billing system.
  • Pricing – develop robust costing, pricing and financial statement modeling to support timely products pricing for profit centers, projects and events.  Liaison with internal departments and government authorities regarding product pricing.
  • To build and foster strong network ties with key TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and Insurance Companies and to further enhance the changing trends in healthcare cost structure to patients.
  • Doctors’ Salary & Incentive Scheme / Practice Plan: works with IMU senior leadership to establish this structure and its operationalization.
  • Supervision of staff comprising financial analysts, executives and/or officers.
  • Implement policies, guidelines and SOPs to support the processes of reporting, budgeting/financial planning, forecasting & projection.
  • As user or subject matter expert, work collaboratively with system accountant and IT project team to implement financial planning systems and reporting dashboards.

Job Requirement:

  • Mandatory to have experience in accounting software and preferably knowledge in Hospital Information System & Billing systems.
  • Have proven experience in managing project account setting with understanding and/or hands-on will be an advantage
  • Understands and upholds general regulation and policies of the hospital and knowledge in Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act is preferred.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting and Finance, ie. ACCA / ICAEW / MICPA or equivalent professional membership.
  • A member of MIA.

Senior Executive, Business Office and Credit Control

Job Description:

  1. Manage and direct the credit control and billing functions of IMU Healthcare and ensure accurate, prompt billing and collections of outstanding bill.
  2. Oversee the daily registration and billing operation for effective and efficient operations with high quality of customer service.
  3. Formulates, implements, monitors and ensures that credit control, billing policies procedures, internal controls and standards are appropriate and effective.
  4.  Investigate financial standing and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit. Reviews and evaluates results of investigations and make recommendation to the Management to either reject, limit or approve credit application.
  5. Ensures all deposits and weekly bills payment are strictly maintained.
  6. Liaises with clients and patients and follow – up of overdue payments.
  7. Regularly visits corporate clients to maintain a good business relationship.
  8. To keep tab on collections and credit period. Enforce stop list for delinquent accounts of corporate clients and recommend suspension or termination of credit facility to the Management.
  9. To ensure that debtor records are updated and monthly statements of accounts are promptly issued.
  10. Ensures that documents and records are properly kept and secured.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Preferably with 5 years’ experience in credit control, Billing and/or Admission at Hospital setting.
  • Understanding of the overall healthcare operations, ISO standards, MOH requirements and hospital contracts with insurance/ Third Party Administration (TPA) / Managed Care Organisation (MCO) with regards to charges.
  • Provide input into the Functional Specifications for the Hospital Information System and Billing applications as part of overall Healthcare ICT action plan
  • Multi-lingual, high level of tolerance and patience, understanding in dealing with various types of patient and their relatives.
  • Good knowledge in basic accounting knowledge.

  4. Provide support to Finance operation (accounts receivables, payables, asset management), financial planning (budgeting & forecasting), management reporting and analysis for Healthcare.
  5. Administering / management of tax matters.

  7. Prepare, improve, enforce and monitor SOPs, guidelines, policies, manuals and workflows.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional membership in MIA and/or CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • 3 years of accounting and finance operations and reporting experience. Experience is project accounting is an advantage.
  • Resourceful – exhibit ability to source for information necessary for execution of work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess high level of analytical skills for financial analysis and report writing.
  • Effective team player and is able to work with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands while demonstrating accuracy, attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Experience in systems, internal control and process enhancement.
    Advanced MS Excel skills and other MS Office products.

Treatment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with the Oral Health Centre Manager and Clinician in Charge to deal with patient enquiries, feedbacks and complaints, be the first-line provider in ensuring patient care is delivered, and to promote pleasant experience for patients.
  2. To explain proposed treatment to patients using any available illustrations.
  3. To discuss the treatment options available and answer all the patient’s questions and refer to the dentist concerned, if further explanation is required.
  4. To manage patients’ waiting list to ensure patients are called for treatment in order.
  5. Management between dentist and patients should there be conflict of interest or complaints and to inform the Manager for intervention if required.
  6. To collect statistics on patient feedback and clinic activities as directed.
  7. To understand the schedule of daily operations of the Dental Officers, Faculty and student flow and relay that information into arranging patient appointments.
  8. To call or send email reminders to patients and specialists of upcoming appointments.
  9. To assist in maintaining the consignment stock inventory and to inform the manger when the stock runs low.
  10. To accept and keep record of work received and payments made to dental laboratories.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years’ full-time experience in an industry involving regular dealings with customers and clientele.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on use of MS Office and other basic computer software.
  • Demonstration of past job experience in record keeping and report writing.
  • Fluent in the English language.
