How to Take Care of Yourself during MCO from a Chinese Medicine Perspective

Prof Zhou was recently speaking to Melody FM on air and shared some tips to relieve pain during this MCO period through Chinese Medicine. To prevent pain from arising, Prof Zhou advised that everyone should maintain certain movements as a routine be it walking at home, yoga, or tai-chi. Along with that, he also shared a few massage techniques on different acu-points specifically on pain relief. In addition to pain relief, Prof Zhou also touched on maintaining a healthy diet to help boost immune system during this crucial period. Interview is in Mandarin.
