IMU Received Recognition from Royal Colleges of Physicians UK

IMG-20150423-WA0000 The School of Medicine of International Medical University (IMU) was presented with a plaque by the Royal Colleges of Physicians UK (London, Edinburgh, Glasgow) in recognition of its commitment to the MRCP UK Part II Clinical Examination (PACES) for the years 2011-2014. The Department of Internal Medicine, along with Department of Medicine of Hospital Tuanku Jaafar (HTJ) Seremban, has hosted PACES Exam on an annual basis for the last 6 years. The examination is a one day clinical examination, running 3 carousels of 5 stations, catering to 15 candidates. There are 5 UK examiners pairing with 5 Malaysian examiners for this examination. The PACES exam is now conducted in Day Care Centre of HTJ and the feedback received from the examiners has always been excellent in terms of organisation, patients and surrogates, venue and support.
