IMU Welcomes its Pioneer Cohort of Bachelor of Digital Health Students

12 Oct 2022

Digital health has dramatically changed how individuals or patients seek medical attention as an alternative, the most efficient way to improve the deficiencies of the existing medical system and speed up the efficiency of medical treatment. Those who are interested in this area of work may be interested in the International Medical University Digital Health programme which is the first degree in Malaysia that blends Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Data Analytics and Healthcare components in its curriculum where our graduates will be equipped with an in-depth understanding and know-how of the healthcare field.

This year (2022) marked a new milestone for the University, when a pioneer batch of diverse students from all over Malaysia joined the inaugural intake of Bachelor in Digital Health (Hons), a three-year undergraduate programme – A good mix of students with various aspirations and motivations who aim to be solution providers for the healthcare systems of tomorrow.

Various industry partners of the programme joined IMU in welcoming the Digital Health programme’s pioneer cohort.
